At the Epsilon Iota Chapter of Alpha Xi Delta, recruitment is all about connection. We focus on getting to know potential new members as individuals; Learning their passions, values, and goals so we can share how Alpha Xi Delta can help them grow in college and beyond.Our recruitment process includes both formal and informal opportunities to meet sisters. During formal recruitment, we participate in structured events where women can learn about our philanthropy, our sisterhood, and our values. Outside of that, we also host casual events such as study sessions, coffee meet-ups, and campus activities that let women experience the genuine friendships that make Alpha Xi Delta so special.For us, recruitment isn’t just about numbers, it’s about finding women who want to be part of something bigger than themselves.
